Ernst N. Csiszar Director, South Carolina's Department of Insurance Director Csiszar has headed the South Carolina department since 1999. Among his many responsibilities, Director Csiszar serves as Vice President of the NAIC; he also chairs the NAIC's International Insurance Relations Committee and is an NAIC representative to the International Association of Insurance Supervisors. Director Csiszar will participate in a panel discussion dealing with potential solvency implications for United States domestic companies as a result of increased globalization in the life and health industry.
