CLE Credit The NOLHGA Legal Seminar is recognized by all states that require CLE Credit. The number of credit hours varies depending upon each state, and in many states may still be pending. Please indicate on your registration form from which state(s) you will seek CLE credit so that NOLHGA may provide you with the appropriate forms on the first day of the seminar. Insurance Department Continuing Education While NOLHGA does not have information on the continuing education requirements of each state insurance department, the NOLHGA Legal Seminar has been approved for this type of credit in the past on an individual basis.
